Starting from '0', the Basic Respiratory Endoscopy Boutique Training Course has successfullyconcluded.

On October 11, 2026, the "Starting from scratch Basic Respiratory Endoscopy Boutique Training Course" jointly organized by Pulin Medical Simulation and the Endoscopy Center of Shanghai Pulmonary Hospital came to a successful conclusion. This training course adopts a small class mentorship system and modular teaching mode, focusing on the construction of basic respiratory endoscopy skills and helping clinical doctors strengthen their basic skills in bronchoscopy operation.

The curriculum system of this course is scientifically sound and adheres to the principle of theory first. The teaching content covers core areas such as chest anatomy, CT image reading, standardized bronchoscopy operation, surgical indications and contraindications, and management of intraoperative complications. The teaching instructor combines rich clinical cases to meticulously break down knowledge points, and small class teaching ensures that students keep up with the pace of teaching and solidify their theoretical foundation.

The practical training session relies on the Pulingao simulation respiratory endoscopy training model and virtual simulator to provide students with a safe and repeatable training platform. Under the one-on-one guidance of the mentor, the students practiced core operations such as bronchoscopy insertion, retraction, brushing, biopsy, and lavage step by step. The learning atmosphere is strong, and during tea breaks and lunch breaks, many students continue to practice in front of models and simulators; The mentor followed up throughout the process, corrected operational details in a timely manner, and strengthened the students' standardized operating habits.

At the end of the training, a dual assessment of theory and simulator practical operation will be set up to comprehensively test the effectiveness of the trainees' training. The top five students in terms of comprehensive scores will be awarded graduation certificates and commemorative gifts by Director Gu Ye on site, and encouraged to continue to deepen their clinical practice and improve their respiratory endoscopy diagnosis and treatment skills.

This training course relies on the advantages of medical engineering integration, deeply integrating clinical teaching with simulated training, and building a standardized respiratory endoscopy learning platform for grassroots physicians. Pulin Medical Simulation will continue to work with clinical departments to create high-quality medical simulation training programs, helping to cultivate medical talents and promote standardized clinical techniques.
