FAQ On Coronary Artery Simulation Model
What instrument testing and surgical training can the coronary intervention training model support?
Answer: The model supports the testing and evaluation of coronary intervention instruments such as guide wires, catheters, vascular stents, spring coils, thrombectomy stents, and rotational grinders; It can carry out surgical training for coronary angiography, aneurysms, thrombectomy, coronary stenosis, etc., and also support customized aneurysm models as needed to meet the needs of special instruments and surgical testing.
How safe is the material of the model? Can transparency meet the needs of operational observation?
Answer: The main body of the model is made of food grade soft silicone, with a material transparency of ≥ 90%. It can clearly observe the movement, positioning, implantation and other details of the instrument in the blood vessels, as well as simulate the real tactile feedback of human blood vessels, perfectly balancing observability and practicality.
Does the product support customization? Does the supporting equipment require additional procurement?
Answer: We support customized services and can customize aneurysm models of different vascular segments and sizes as needed; Pulsation pump, temperature controlled water tank, and power supply are optional devices that require additional procurement. Air transport boxes are standard to ensure product transportation safety.
Differences in coronary artery models
| Product Name | Human-shaped Shell Base | Acrylic Shell Base | Light-emitting Base Plate Configuration | Difference |
| Coronary Artery Simulation Model | Support | Not supported | Not supported | The heart is made of a hard shell material that only serves to support the coronary arteries. |
| Coronary Training Model - A | Support | Support | Support | The heart is made of a hard shell material that only serves to support the coronary arteries. |
| Coronary Training Model - B | Support | Support | Support | The heart is made of silicone material and connected to the root of the aorta. After connecting the pulse pump and filling the heart with water, it has a pulsatile effect. (Note: The heart cavity is empty and has no structure) |
| Coronary Training Model - C | Support | Not supported | Not supported | Without a cardiac shell, the coronary arteries are supported and fixed in position by a base. There are more branches at the coronary artery compared to type A and type B |
